We hate the fine print so we are disclosing our policies up front.
These policies hopefully eliminate confusion but will not "cramp your style or enthusiasm."
All tour prices are based on double occupancy room rates. If you are a solo rider we will do our best to pair you with another solo rider; however, it is up to you to find a "room-mate". Solo riders can opt to pay the full rate for a single room. Prices are listed as Solo or Double (for a rider with a passenger). We schedule our tours at times when the weather is reasonably expected to be suitable for motorcycle touring. However, we may be faced with unfavorable weather. We will not ride in dangerous conditions or severe weather such as lightning or freezing rain. We will and have ridden in rain, wind and once in a snow storm. Temperatures can be anywhere from 104 as it once was in Sturgis to a low of 34 and snow as it was when we crossed Wolf Creek Pass in Colorado.
We do NOT provide insurance for you or your motorcycle. You should be covered under your own insurance policies. If you are unable to complete the trip due to mechanical failure of your motorcycle or due to illness or family/personal emergency we will trailer your bike back home and will take you to the nearest airport on our route, or you can continue in the support vehicle. Tours do NOT include fuel, food, alcoholic beverages, insurance or incidentals. Tours begin on the afternoon of the arrival date in the city shown and ends in the same city (Myrtle Beach, SC). We will limit our tour groups to no more than 13 participants and no fewer than 6, plus tour staff. We do NOT allow firearms or illegal drugs of any kind on our trips or in your motorcycle which is shipped in our custom trailer.
Returning Customers: We offer returning customers a 10% discount, plus additional $100.00 off for each rider that they refer who joins a tour.
Deposit & Final Payment: We make our lodging arrangements months in advance so a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your place. Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the tour shipping date. Payments may be made by personal check, Visa or MasterCard.
